Abstract:
The present research deals with the unfair competition in the light of qatari trade law No. 27 of 2006.This research isbegins with introdution on competition and divided into the following three parts. The First part focuses on the definition of unfiar competition; The Second part covers the kinds of unfiar competition; TheThirdpart deels with the Suit of unfiar competition; And summarizes concisely the main findings and recommendations about the issues waiting for action in the area of qatari law.
