Abstract:
The aim of this study is to examine the legal systems relating to compensation for accidents suffered by workers in public administrations in Morocco (public officials and temporary or daily employees), highlighting the difference in the legal provisions relating to the insurance of these workers and, accordingly, The elements of similarities and differences between these systems and to identify some of the gaps identified and how to address them by the judiciary, and then access to determine the legal means to protect the rights of employees in public administrations, Morocco, regardless of the nature of their Administrative positions and legal centers.
In conclusion, the study called for some amendments related to the legal requirements related to the pension law, by introducing some types of accidents that are considered as beneficial accidents such as road accident, accident associated with a traffic accident etc. The research also recommended the addition of damages and mental disabilities to these types and compensation, Within the framework of the broad concept of mental injury.
