The responsibility of the real estate developer in Qatari law- Study in the law of regulation of real estate development No. 6 of 2014

Abstract:
The real estate developer is one of the people who occupy an important place with legal and economic alike because of his great tasks in building housing units on the map and selling it to those who want to buy. He deals with a low-income class, therefore, it was necessary for the legislations to enact a special law guaranteeing the rights of those first and guaranteeing the rights of others as well. Hence, the Qatari law No. 6 of 2014 regulating the work of the Qatari real estate developer. The Qatari legislator tried to benefit from the laws that preceded in countries with rich experience – So to speak – such as the Emirate of Dubai and the rest of emirates in the United Arab Emirates, but there was some lack of legislation that we tried to address in this modest research.
