Short Bio:
Dr. Farah Yassine is a full-time Associate-Professor in Kuwait International Law School. Her fields of interest are International and European Law. She can easily teach and publish in English, French and Arabic.
She holds a Bachelor of Law from the Lebanese University (French section), a Master in International and European Law and a PhD in Public Law from the University of Grenoble (France).
Publications:
Dr. Yassine has many publications, primarily in International Law. The most recent research and publications are:
- Extraterritoriality as a Tool to Protect Human Rights, research conducted at the 2019 Centre for Studies and Research of the Hague Academy of International Law, to be published in a collective book in 2020;
- Intellectual Property Rights and Indigenous Rights: between Commercialization and Humanization of Traditional Knowledge, published in San Diego International Law Journal.
