Abstract:
Of the most important issues addressed in scientific conferences and research the issue of governance, principles and standards, the world has addressed this issue in order to eliminate corruption and financial exploitation in the financial and banking institutions. In this context, this research has been keen to study aspects of the application of governance in the field of Islamic financial and banking institutions, have reached Islamic standards and principles of governance include the real economy, and include the behavioral moral side, offering the most effective solutions to economic problems. The transparency have standards with a major impact on financial institutions, where she works on the strength of banking and providing the most effective solutions and proposals to address all forms of financial corruption, and the most important recommendations of the research is: the need to expedite the preparation of Islamic governance guide in all Islamic financial institutions operating in the the context of the real economy, not the symbolic and the determine a code of moral conducts to work in financial institutions.
