The Developments of the New Kuwaiti Labor Law No.6 of the year 2010 : (Analytical and comparative study with the cancelled Labor law number38 of the year 1964).

Abstract:
On February 10th 2010 the new labor law number 6 was issued to replace the previous Labor law number 38 of the year 1964 which was implemented for a long period of time that exceeded 45 years.
This research sheds an overall look on the articles of the new labor law while following the most important rules that were implemented, whether it was introduced for the first time or it was amendment made to the previous labor law.
The objective of this research is most overlook the previous labor law with the commencement of the new labor law. Knowing the emerging updates of the new labor law and truly understanding it comes through the comparison with its counterparts in the previous labor law. And the benefits from the research , studies and judgments relevant to the previous law.
This research showed, through the comment of the new articles and the comparison with the previous law, the accomplishments and failures of the Kuwaiti Lawmaker. However, it was found that the accomplishments overcome way the failures.
