Abstract:

Commercial books are customary instruments that are not originally prepared for evidence purposes. Commercial books rather help merchants organize their transactions. However, commercial books gained a great value in evidence due to the development of commercial transactions and their complexity. According to law, Provision both merchants and their opponents may use commercial books to prove their claims.
