Editor-in-Chief

By the release of its second issue, KILAW Law Journal will have coped with the steady and regular referred journals to join the academic issues in the prestigious Arab universities.
This issue includes Five articles covering most law fields, including public law, private law, international law, criminal law, in addition to a comparative article in English. The last article tackles the phenomenon of the spread of the Western legal systems in the non-Western systems with reference to Kuwait in particular.
It is worth mentioning that the very positive feedback after the release of the first issue has given the journal the incentive to continue in its path to elevate the level of the legal studies and research via academic referred periodicals in the Arab world.
Participants are KILAW faculty members, something that gives a clear indication that research is an essential principle in KILAW’s academic policy. This is because KILAW is keen on the academic research that is encouraged by all the possible means.
