Executive Custody Under the Saudi Execution Law

Abstract
The aim of paper is to discuss and analyze the executive custody of the debtor under the Saudi execution law. The Saudi execution law, like any other Saudi law, is based on Sharia law, which is applied by Saudi courts on lawsuits. It is divided into two main sections. The first section discusses the terms and definition of the executive custody of the debtor. In addition, the nature, legitimacy, custody types and duration of the executive custody of the debtor under the Saudi executive law have been analyzed. The second section addresses the terms of executive custody. Final conclusions and recommendations are highlighted at the end of the research.
