Governance in Financial Institutions and Islamic Banks

Abstract:
This research aims to determine the definition and the terminology of Governance, as well as its emergence. through searching toward its roots within the Islamic Trading Field, its effect and influences on the work of the Islamic banks and corporate and its contributions in raising their quality and achieving the ultimate aims of its legislation ,attempting to avoid deficiencies and shortcomings in its legislations and regulations
Which is paving the way towards work that is based on rightness, justice and the practice of transparency, integrity and honesty, the elevation of our reality with the help of our Islamic legislation though wise and balanced application . keeping pace of the evolution and the development of time , and competing against rival corporate in a full and crowded world.
where extra efforts are required to avoid the deficiency in applied legislation in a time where International Economy is witnessing a huge change driven by a quick pace , cramming events and a multitude of variables, in a world with a plethora of crises in a frantic race where material prevailed, emptied of all values and declining morals. Conflicts and tragedies prevailed resulting in bankruptcy of a number of companies, collapsing of banks and corporate, and creating a crack in financial transactions and stock exchange majorly affected by the companies bankruptcy and the collapsing of banks and financial corporate.
The surviving of financial institutions and Islamic banks in this chaos only means exacerbating their legitimate and financial responsibility , to overcome this crisis by strengthening its foundations and protecting them through wise application of Banking businesses under what is called Governance.
This research will attempt to answer a few questions, including:
1- What is Governance, and how much does the Financial Banking Corporate need it?
2- What forms does Governance take in Islamic Banks, and what are its guiding rules and regulations?
3- How is Governance effectively and efficiently applied, and what is the relation between it and the Legitimate Oversight?
4- What is Governance’s role in monitoring legislations and regulations to elevate Financial corporate and Islamic Banking?
From this position, I considered approaching this topic through an elucidatory introduction and guiding sections framed in five sections as follows:
Introduction
First Section: identification of the Governance concept and term ..
Second Section: Clarifying Governance; basis with reality and rooting in legislations.
Third Section: identification of Governance’s forms in Islamic Banks and its relation with Legitimate monitory .
Fourth Section: Governance and its role in adjusting legislations and regulations in Islamic Banking.
Fifth Section: Applications of Governance in deposit interests between shareholders and depositors.
Conclusion.
