Legislative drafting and its quality

Abstract:
This research study examined the importance of drafting and essentials for legal legislation, which constitute an important and effective element in its application, if the drafting is clear, accurate and consistent, respect for and implementation of these laws is equally effective and successful, and for that, the States take over this side, the drafting, great attention and interest.
The researcher devoted the first part of his research for what legislative drafting and various forms, which include flexible and rigid wording, which called for combining the two types, then display in the second part of quality in language that includes a number applicable legal skills and regulated rules.
