Abstract:
This study will explore and analysis the rule of Ministries and Ministers under Saudi regulations. It will provide a historical review on the creation and managing such Ministries since the foundation of the Kingdom, their different types, and their structures. In addition, the study will have deep analysis about Ministers, how to select them, their rights and obligations, their participation on the Council of Ministers, and the power of the king to remove any minister from his position. The study also analysis the regulations of “Trial of the Ministers”, and the regulations related to State Ministers.
