Abstract:
This research is based on the guarantees for the protection of cultural identity and community privacy, challenges, problems and prospects presented by this qualitative reality in all the main areas of the life of the native Arabic language speakers, in light of globalization and tremendous revolution in the field of communications and transportation, and the transforming of the world into a small village that interacts integrally and peacefully, in various issues facing humanity, where it is impossible for us to explore the new identity and its implications away from the vital interactions with the Arabic issues in the current international situations.
Hence, the challenges impose themselves on our society, and require the development of a special vision through which we can maintain our cultural identity, while opening up to the world to benefit from the results of knowledge in all its forms without losing any aspect of our identity.
The importance of this subject indicates that the individual’s adherence to his/her disciplined freedom does not mean insularity, it is rather a means of openness and a prerequisite for knowledge of his/her culture. Thus, the teachings of the tolerant Islamic religion and learning the language become a condition for the promotion and preservation of cultural identity. The cultural identity and civilization of a nation is the fixed, fundamental and common destiny of the general characteristics that characterize the civilization of this nation from others which the research sought to present.
We have concluded that disciplined freedom goes hand in hand with creativity and innovation. Perhaps the indicator of the suppression of freedom within a society is a clear reason for adjusting creativity in all its fields, both before practicing this freedom or after it. In other words, when the creator knows that his creativity and work will meet a hostile attitude or position, he will perform a kind of self-censorship and prevents himself from exercising his total creative freedom as repression and prevention will affect this creativity and the product will come out deficient and weak. Therefore, we find in some societies the prevalence of indicators of repression, prevention, prohibition and confiscation in dealing with creativity in all its manifestations. It was necessary to draw the attention of those concerned to the importance of the role of cultural freedom in the development of cultural identity and creating a deeper sense of belonging and identify, as well as determining the tasks and procedures entrusted to the community in the promotion of disciplined cultural freedom.
