The legal system of the Ameria lands in Palestine

Abstract:
Ameria lands, are the second types of lands according to lands ottoman law, which has organized the first special attention, and is considered the most widespread public lands in the Palestinian territories through historical stages that have passed since the Ottoman era until the present day. The percentage of public lands in the West Bank and Gaza Strip until the end of 2001, approximately 69 of the total West Bank and the Gaza Strip, an area has been occupied Amiri system form a fertile environment for the Israeli occupation to control vast tracts of land, and we will show the legal system of this type of land in detail.
