Abstract:
The research entitled “Toward a Legislative Organization for Accelerated Implementation of Law in the Jordanian Implementation Law: a Comparative Study” seeks to present practical proposals resulting from realizing the emergence of a legislative deficiency in the law from several aspects, in relation to the provisions of the accelerated implementation of the law and its justifications, cases and guarantees provided for in the comparative law, such as: bail, suspension of execution and grievance from the sentence description.
Therefore, this study aims at clarifying the rules and provisions of the accelerated implementation of the law and its guarantees in Jordanian law in comparison to other laws by explaining the rules and provisions of the accelerated implementation of the law in the Egyptian Code of Procedure, with reference, at times, to other laws such as the new French law of 2012 and the Syrian law, in order to conclude with the best results and suggestions in this regard.
In conclusion, this study provides recommendations to the Jordanian legislator to introduce amendments to regulate the legislations of the accelerated implementation of the law, in a manner that is similar to comparative legislations, and as confirmed by jurisprudence.
