Abstract:

Raises the fate of human embryos some problems Realistically, standing behind this inter mainly because of the ambiguity the legal status of human embryos in general, which in turn reflects on human embryos surplus, as Identifying the legal status of her, the transition from the prohibition to dispose of them with murder or donate to others than as crimes up by some scholars to abortion or murder to accept her execution for neglect of care or act, and behind these trends conflicting interests, and the importance of studying these problems are increasing depending on the growing asylum assisted reproduction in this way, which offset fears a legislative organization, leaving much of its the general rules.
The discussion of the fate of human embryos surplus to need artificial insemination of topics modern, whether it’s at the level of legislation, as this study is concerned with addressing the Saudi regime and the law of the UAE to the fate of human embryos surplus, or at the level of the subject, which discusses independent problem for the legitimacy of artificial insemination as a whole, this study has reached some conclusions and recommendations, perhaps the most important to clarify the legal status of human embryos surplus.
